Large rescue operation in the 60th kilometer of the National Road Athens – Lamia, in the direction towards Athens close to the old toll of Schimatari.
Early reports indicate of one person dead and three heavily injured which were immediately transferred to the hospital of Halkida.
According to information of the Fire department at least 35 cars are involved.
The unfortunate woman lost the battle with life in the way to the hospital.
One man is been transferred to the Erythros hospital in Athens to undergo Thorax Surgery.
Four more people remain hospitalized in the hospital of Halkida.
Many more injured.
