A pensioner in France spent six whole days in her home’s bath, unable to move or call anyone for help.
The 80-year-old woman, named Huguette, was about to use the toiled when she slipped and fell in her bathtub. Unfortunately for her, six whole days passed before the local postman noticed that something was off and notified the authorities.
During this time, the pensioner survived only by drinking water from the tap.
The rescue team found Huguette lying in the bathtub, exhausted and famished. The resilient pensioner immediately asked the firemen for a glass of milk with sugar.
