The high-rise Galaxy Bar atop the iconic Athens Hilton was recently included in a list of the World’s Top Ten Rooftop Bars by prestigious magazine Premier Traveler.

The latest issue of the popular travel magazine features 10 establishments around the world that offer awe-inspiring views and are the “perfect vantage point for life’s three most important C’s: contemplation, conversation and, last but not least, celebration!”

“Located on the 13th floor of the Hilton Athens, the Galaxy Bar proffers a sprawling view of the ancient city,” writes the article for the impressive bar, urging visitors to settle into the refined atmosphere, order a drink and cast their eyes upon the hill of Lycabettus and the Acropolis, Mt. Hymettus, all the way to the sea and the port of Piraeus.
