‘Hello tourists’, says Zante (Zakynthos) as first passengers arrive

EasyJet and RyanAir are among the first flights to the island

The new tourist season kicked off the popular Ionian island of Zakynthos with the first flight from Britain arriving at 11.30 a.m. on Sunday. EasyJet’s flight carried the first 171 British passengers to the island.

RyanAir has a flight scheduled on April 3 from Belgium.
