Sexy supermodel Gisele Bundchen and her younger sister hid under a traditional Muslim burqa during Ramadan to hide their faces in order to get secret plastic surgery in Paris, reports The Post. The Brazilian beauty orchestrated a cloak-and-dagger mission to sneak into the International Clinique du Parc Monceau for work on her breast and eyes after fears that her breasts are sagging after having had two children.

The 35-year-old and her sister, Rafaela were picked up by Bundchen’s longtime chauffeur at the Bristol Hotel and driven to the clinic on July 15.

How can you tell its her? Muslim women are forbidden from wearing open-toed shoes.

Also banned in France is the burqa after a ruling on 2010.

Why the secrecy? Bundchen had vowed never to undergo plastic surgery. It seems, however, that the pressure has got to her and she has caved in!
