Radical Left SYRIZA is displaying consistency in its negative poll showing according to the latest poll conducted by GPO and broadcast on Mega TV, Friday night. A week after the same polling company displayed SYRIZA behind New Democracy by 0.3%, conservative New Democracy (ND) party increased its lead to 0.6% with 24% against Alexis Tsipras’s party (23.4%), while three parties are fighting for 3rd spot: KKE (Communist party)-5.2%; Golden Dawn-5.1%; and To Potami (River)-4.8%. The PASOK-DIMAR front gains 4.8%; the new Leftist Lafazanis party Popular Unity gets 3.4%, while junior coalition partner to the former government ANEL (Independent Greeks) is 1 percentage point below the 3% entry threshold.
