After a day of eerily empty voting polls, the first results of the Greek elections will be available with the exit polls to be released at 7 p.m. The low voter turnout, estimated to be one of the lowest in modern Greek history, may make it harder for pollsters to make an accurate prediction.
The first safe estimation will come from Singular Logic just a few minutes after 9 p.m. – 9.30 p.m. at the latest.
The exit poll results at 7 p.m. will be gathered from polls and voter samples outside the voting centers. The second results at 8 p.m. will incorporate the first official results. Note: These first exit polls are just predictions (and they’ve been wrong before!)
The results will be affected by a number of factors, including abstention, that is expected to be particularly high due to the fact that the last elections were 8 months ago.
