Work can be demanding and difficult for everyone and we all sometimes feel exhausted after a long day at the office.

But if your life is a chronic state of stress and exhaustion because of your work, you’re probably suffering from job burnout, Business Insider claims.

However, with the help of burnout specialist Ben Fanning, workers are able to identify some warning signs and avoid burnout entirely throughout their career, as Fanning argues.
