Oscar-winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow, mother of two, revealed her amazing body during a photo shoot in Malibu proving that strict diet and exercise can make the difference.
The 43-year-old Hollywood star told PEOPLE that she relies on balance in her life to keep her feeling her best.
“I think it’s really important to be happy, and I think women get happy by being authentic,” she said.
“But I also believe in exercise, eating well, drinking lots of water, sex, sleeping and being around people who make you feel good.”
“And I think that glow that you get in life comes from a combination of all those things.” Paltrow added.
