Amid the inhumane scenes in the Idomeni refugee camp in northern Greece circulating around the world and pressure increasingly mounting on Greece with one country after another closing their borders, the Greek government is displaying an inability to keep count of registered refugees and illegal immigrants currently in Greece. According to the official data, there was a total of 42,253 refugees and illegal immigrants on March 11 in Greece. One day later, Saturday, March 12 there are 800 people less, while at the same time 629 more have landed on the Greek islands!
