A new incident of violence among the refugees and immigrants was recorded in the port of Piraeus leaving one man injured.

Hellenic Coast Guard was notified on Sunday morning about a fight broke out among the refugees who are hosted at the passenger terminals of the port. The officers went to the scene where they found a refugee with injuries caused by a sharp object.

The man was transferred to Asklipio Voula hospital accompanied by port officers and the Greek Coast Guard. He is still hospitalized.

According to information, a Moroccan gang is behind the attack.
