The women’s volleyball team of Olympiakos is read to make history and move into the European Challenge Cup, after recording its 7th straight victory against Russian side Enisey Krasnoyarsk 3 sets to 1. The reds put on a great performance in front their fiery home crowd at Renti gym and picked up the first set (25-15), but the strong Russian team took the second set with 25-18. Olympiakos won the final 2 sets by 25-17 and 27-25, giving them the edge in the return match in Russia. The only thing Olympiakos needs to do in order to advance to the final is to at least lose by either winning 2 sets.
