The owner of Panathinaikos basketball club Dimitris Giannakopoulos announced his intentions to take control of the club’s amateur division.
Speaking in a radio interview,
Mr Giannakopoulos reiterated his plans to get involved in the amateur sports division of the club. “At this point I am not aware of the figures, the data, the human resources”, he said, adding however that he would be taking control of the clubs multiple sports disciplines that belong to the amateur division.
