A video posted on social media shows a hazardous materials (hazmat) crew treating a man who has collapsed in the streets as a potential victim of the deadly coronavirus virus that’s spreading worldwide and has so far claimed 17 victims in China.

In the video, purportedly shot in the Chinese province of Wuhan, first responders in full hazmat suits can be seen dealing with a man lying in a pool of blood, which indicates he hit his head as he collapsed suddenly on the sidewalk.

It is not clear if the man in the video had indeed been infected with the killer virus, but the fact that hazmat crews were called in to deal with the incident is indicative of the widespread fears due to the coronavirus.
