According to one of the largest English newspapers, “The Independent”, Olympiakos Piraeus’s left back Kostas Tsimikas, is on Liverpool’s transfer short list for the new season as manager Jurgen Klopp is in the market for a left-back to assist Robertson on the left flank.

The 24-year-old defender of Olympiakos, has attracted the interest of several European clubs, with one of them being the European and Premier League Champions, but as the piece points out, the “Reds” are reportedly in advanced talks with Norwich left-back Jamal Lewis.

In the recent past, Tsimikas had also been linked with interest from Serie A clubs Napoli and Inter Milan.
