Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias will travel to Riga, Latvia, tomorrow to attend the NATO Foreign Ministers’ Summit, which will take place on November 30 and December 1, 2021.
The agenda for the foreign ministers will include relations with Russia, arms control, disarmament and non-proliferation, NATO Strategic Doctrine, Afghanistan, the Sahel, the West Balkans, and the situation on the border with Belarus, according to a statement from the Foreign Ministry.
There will also be separate meetings with the participation of the Foreign Ministers of Ukraine and Georgia, as well as Finland, Sweden, and the Vice President of the European Commission, Josep Borrell.
On the sidelines of the ministerial meeting, the Foreign Minister is expected to hold bilateral meetings with his Norwegian counterparts Anniken Huitfeldt and Canada’s Mélanie Joly.
