An earthquake measuring 3.4 on the Richter scale outside Trikala was recorded by the seismographs of the Geodynamic Institute.

Specifically, the earthquake occurred at 18:19 in the afternoon (6/12), eight kilometres west of Mesochora Trikala.

The focal depth is located at 8.8 kilometers.
