A man shot dead another man in Piraeus on Friday afternoon in Piraeus. According to what is known so far, the attacker, an elderly man shot his victim in the head outside a parking lot at 147 Praxitelous Street. The victim was an employee of the business and according to reports the two men had frequent arguments.
According to the report, the altercation started in the parking lot, and at one point, the 68-year-old assailant shot him once in the head but then returned and shot him a second time to finish him off.
Immediately after the incident the armed man, 68 years old, “barricaded himself” in his house on Alkiviadou Street but then surrendered to the Greek Police.
According to reports, the victim, of Albanian origin, about 40 years old, was initially taken to Tzaneio hospital where he was unfortunately pronounced dead.
