The High School of Thracomacedon ‘printed’ its own Proto Thema

Students of the high school visited the group's facilities and saw the operation of the newspaper and the website

Newsroom April 18 02:34

21 students from the first high school of Kryoneri made their own front page, who visited the premises of Proto Thema.

The students’ front page in the Greek language:

Accompanied by their teachers, with great interest in how a newspaper and a website works, the teenage students were at the offices of the First Theme on Thursday morning.

The students were first briefed by the editors-in-chief and the editors of protothema.gr on how the site works. The way in which the news is compiled and posted, the criteria for selecting the news and the way it is prioritised on the main page of the site.

The students were then divided into five groups. Some dealt with political reporting, others with financial, freelance, sports or cultural reporting. After appointing an editor-in-chief, they proposed topics and chose what they would eventually deal with.
