Polls: ND holds nearly a double lead over SYRIZA

MEP candidates polling ahead, Mitsotakis is considered most suitable prime minister with a 42% lead - Stefanos Kasselakis by 15%, and Nikos Androulakis at 7%

Comparatively, New Democracy and SYRIZA the voter’s intention is nearly double according to Interview that conducted the opinion poll for politic.gr.

Pursuant to the poll, New Democracy is at 30% compared to SYRIZA that is at 15.5%, while PASOK ranks third place with 11%, followed by the Communist Party of Greece (KKE) with 6%, Greek Solution (Elliniki Lysi) with 7%, New Left (Nea Aristera) with 4.5%, Course of Freedom (Eleftheria Plevsis) with 2.4%, and Victory ((Niki) with 3.1%. Among the parties outside Parliament, MeRA25 is at 2.3%, Voice of Reason(Foni tis Logikis) at 2.4%, Democrats 2.3%, while those undecided are at 9.9%.

The poll indicated that Kyriakos Mitsotakis is considered most suitable for prime minister with 42%, Stefanos Kasselakis with 15% and Nikos Androulakis at 7%. The latest poll surveyed candidates for MEPs from both ND and SYRIZA. From ND, Eliza Vozemberg tops the list with 34.5%, followed by Freddy Belleris (28.1%), Vangelis Meimarakis (27.3%). SYRIZA’s top candidate are Kostas Arvanitis (42.3%), Nikos Pappas (37.3%), Nikos Farantouris (36.5%), and Sophia Bekatorou (24.4%).
