The police proceeded with the formation of a case against a 15-year-old, following a complaint of an incident of assault against a 14-year-old in a school complex in Ilia.
In particular, according to the complaint submitted to the police, the 15-year-old student allegedly hit the 14-year-old with his limbs on the head and then addressed him with insulting and derogatory expressions about his body structure.

The 14-year-old was then taken by his father to hospital for a precautionary examination and then a complaint was made to the police. Following the complaint, a case was filed for bodily harm to the vulnerable against the 15-year-old student and for neglect of supervision against his parent.
The case will be submitted to the competent prosecutor of the first instance.
