Fire in Egaleo: Criminal prosecution for two felonies to the 33-year-old Turkish man

The 33-year-old Turkish man who was arrested for causing a fire in Egaleo will face the investigating judge next Wednesday. Today he was brought before a prosecutor and was prosecuted for two felonies and two misdemeanours.

In comparison, the 33-year-old is being prosecuted for:

-Arson from which a danger to human life could result (felony)
-Defacing a forest from which a danger to man could result (felony)
-Theft (misdemeanour)
-Disturbing the peace (misdemeanour)
