Kyriakos Mitsotakis spoke to ANT1 and the show “To Proino” with Giorgos Liagas about the TV shows he watches, his lucky charms, his prediction for the European elections, sports, and the TikTok video he will release after the June 9th elections, on the sidelines of his interview with the station’s main news bulletin hosted by Nikos Hadjinikolaou.
Initially, he mentioned that he feels comfortable both in political content shows and infotainment shows, although he mainly watches sports on TV. He also admitted that he has lucky charms that he never changes—though he didn’t disclose what they are—and reiterated regarding Sunday’s European elections that “we want to reach and, why not, exceed the percentage of the previous European elections.”
When asked if he will take a vacation this year, he replied, “I hope to be able to rest during the Holy Spirit weekend. After that, we’ll see, because especially in the summer, we have difficulty taking vacations for obvious reasons. I hope it will be somewhere between Tinos and Crete.”

He stated, “I always make a prediction (for the elections) but I do it with my family on Saturday afternoon, and no one finds out about it, but I usually get it right.” Regarding the EURO, he said, “I will make a prediction once I see the first games of the teams,” revealing that the sport he wouldn’t play is pole vault “because I realized how difficult it is.”
“I believe in amateur sports, I am pleased with what is happening at OAKA. We need to exercise more, and young people should understand that sports will bring them much joy. Social media is good, but sports are better.”
Finally, regarding his TikTok videos, he said, “In those, you see the same person but a side you haven’t seen before,” and revealed, “I have a video about our football achievements that will air after the elections.”
