“The Greek Parliament has passed the bill ‘Regulations for the Digital Educational Portal and the Digital Tutoring System, Career Guidance in Secondary Education, and Support Measures for the Education System in Remote Areas of the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs, and Sports.’
The Digital Tutoring System will enhance the educational process in all grades. Specifically, for the third year of high school, there will be live and free teaching for all subjects that are examined nationwide, with the aim of alleviating a significant burden for each family.
We are strengthening career guidance by introducing a questionnaire and free individual online sessions with a career guidance counselor in high school, to help students discover the career prospects that suit them.
With the introduction of autonomous classes from the new school year, areas of our country such as Gavdos will have three teachers present in person, with the addition of digital lessons, so that children living there will have better educational conditions.
These are just the main changes established by the new law. We will continue to upgrade every level and every aspect of the educational experience, always focusing on our students and teachers.”
