A significant operation by the Athens Security Sub-Directorate aimed at dismantling a gang linked to numerous burglaries and thefts has been underway since Monday morning in Attica.

According to reports from protothema.gr, National Police officers have made 11 arrests and are pursuing at least 18 additional suspects.

So far, over 20 searches have been conducted at residences and storage sites associated with stolen goods, resulting in the discovery of weapons, drugs, and various valuables.

Furthermore, investigations suggest that gang members are allegedly involved in more than 110 house burglaries throughout the wider Attica area.
