This dish is a delightful, creamy comfort dessert that’s sure to please

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 banana
  • 4 medium egg yolks
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 80 g butter
  • 150 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • For the breading:
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 10 g brown sugar
  • 500 ml sunflower oil

Preparation Steps

  1. Blend Ingredients: Blend the banana and egg yolks in a blender.
  2. Prepare Milk Mixture: Boil milk with sugar and cinnamon for 10 minutes, then cover.
  3. Make the Base: In a saucepan, melt butter over high heat, add flour, and toast it. Gradually strain the flavored milk into the mixture, whisking well.
  4. Combine: Heat the mixture again until well combined, then add the banana mixture.
  5. Set and Chill: Pour the mixture into a square dish, cover it with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 4 hours until firm. Cut into desired shapes.
  6. Breading: Dip the pieces in beaten eggs and then in a mix of breadcrumbs and sugar. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with sugar before serving warm.

This recipe combines a unique mix of textures and flavors, making it a delightful treat.
