The 34-year-old star announced the exciting pregnancy news a few days ago through a post on Vogue’s Instagram.
The message read: “Congratulations to Jennifer Lawrence! The Oscar-winning actress is expecting her second child with her gallerist husband, Cooke Maroney.”
In the past, Lawrence admitted she had doubts before giving birth to her son.
The Hollywood star confessed that she didn’t know what to expect from motherhood or how she would handle the challenge.
In her Vogue interview in 2022, she said: “It’s so scary to talk about motherhood. Just because it’s so different for everybody. If I say it was amazing from the start, some people will think: ‘It wasn’t amazing for me at the start,’ and feel bad. Thankfully, I have so many girlfriends who were honest. Who told me: ‘It’s scary. You might not connect right away. You might not fall in love immediately.’ So I felt so prepared to forgive.”
“I remember walking with one of my best friends in my ninth month and saying: ‘Everyone keeps saying that I’ll love my baby more than my cat.’ But that’s not true. Maybe I’ll love it as much as my cat?'” Lawrence had shared.
