A rocket attack by Hezbollah from Lebanon targeted central Israel on Monday night (November 18), resulting in the death of a woman and injuries to several others. Sirens were heard across Tel Aviv and other central Israeli cities as the assault unfolded.
The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) reported that a missile was launched from Lebanon but was intercepted by Israel’s air defense system.
However, fragments from the intercepted rocket landed between the suburbs of Bnei Brak and Ramat Gan, sparking a fire and causing damage to nearby buildings and vehicles.

Simultaneously, another rocket struck the northern Israeli city of Shefa-‘Amr (Shfaram), where one woman was killed, and five others were wounded, according to Israel’s ambulance service. Videos shared by Israeli media captured the explosion and the damage caused to a multi-story building in the area.
