Alexandra Nika and Konstantinos Argyros are experiencing one of the happiest moments of their lives as they welcomed their first child. The 25-year-old partner of the famous singer gave birth to a healthy baby boy at the “MITERA” maternity hospital on Friday, November 22. The new family member will be named Vasilis, in honor of Konstantinos Argyros’ father.

How Konstantinos Argyros and Alexandra Nika Met

The relationship between Konstantinos Argyros and Alexandra Nika became public in March 2023. Alexandra is the daughter of Greek entrepreneur Giorgos Nika and Miranda Patera, part of a prominent shipping family. The couple met through their mutual friend, Anestis Evangelopoulos. Alexandra is also a close friend of Christiana Beta, the daughter of singer Natasha Theodoridou.

Their relationship made headlines when Alexandra attended Argyros’ diamond album celebration last June. The news of her pregnancy first emerged in July via protothema.gr. Despite their public appearances, the couple maintains a low profile concerning their personal lives. Argyros recently described Alexandra as “a very intelligent and well-educated woman.”

According to the TV show Happy Day, the couple has decided to take the next step in their relationship by signing a cohabitation agreement. Currently, there are no plans for a civil or religious wedding, and the family will reside in Alexandra’s home in Psychiko rather than Argyros’ residence in Kolonaki.

Argyros’ Desire for a Family

In a recent interview on To Proino on September 16, Konstantinos Argyros discussed fatherhood and his partner. He explained that he rarely talks about his personal life to protect the privacy of those around him:
“Not everyone wants to showcase their life. If they don’t want to, I will respect that.”

Regarding fatherhood, he shared:
“I grew up in a very loving family, and I want to pass on that love to my own family. Fatherhood doesn’t stress me at all. Since I was young, I’ve wanted to have a family. I’m great with kids. Children need love, and I’m not worried about it. Love and patience—that’s all they need.”

When asked if his child might inherit his musical talent, he said:
“I can’t judge whether my child will inherit my musical talent. Whatever God wills.”

As for their future plans, Argyros added:
“At some point, there will be a wedding. I don’t know if it will happen before or after the child is born.”

In an earlier conversation with presenter Fay Skorda, he said:
“Creating a family is one of the goals I want to achieve in life. I’m not afraid of starting a family. It comes naturally, and you never know when the time will be right. There’s no age limit; it happens when life brings it to you.”

The Family’s Reaction

Konstantinos Argyros’ father, Vasilis, expressed his joy about becoming a grandfather during the singer’s concert at the Odeon of Herodes Atticus on October 15. He stated:
“Of course, I’m happy to become a grandfather. I always enjoy watching Konstantinos give his best, so I share in his joy.”

On fatherhood advice, he added:
“I advise my son to be a good father, which I’m sure he will be because he loves family and values its importance.”
