A disciplinary review was ordered for the Hellenic Police psychiatrists and psychologists in charge of examining the 45-year-old policeman and his 35-year-old wife who failed to get to the bottom of the psychological problems the couple were experiencing and continued to serve one of them in the Parliament while his wife was in the GADA.

According to reports, the 14-year-old son of the family testified to police officers today, while he had until today claimed denial.

The same reports say the 14-year-old said his father is the best man and that he wants to be close to him. At the end of his statement, the boy burst into tears while the experienced police officers understood that his words were the product of fear.

The accused denies the act. It is a wonder how a person who works in the Greek police and has served in the MAT allegedly confessed to committing certain acts under the fear of someone else. It is also a wonder how young children can live in a situation at home such as the one described and not have confessed the slightest thing to a friend, or teacher. The case has a way to go and we are determined to cover it.”

The formal indictment

It is noted that a heavy indictment was drawn up against the 45-year-old after the authorities’ initial investigation based on the allegations of his wife, who is concerned: Rape, repeated and serial rape of a minor, repeated and serial abuse of minors by an intimate, genital act between relatives against minors by ascendants repeated and serial, pornography of minors, domestic bodily harm repeated, domestic violence against minors, repeated and serial, domestic unlawful violence against minors, repeated unlawful violence against minors, repeated domestic unlawful violence against minors and serial carrying and use of weapons.
