A photo of the device with the portable stove left by unknown individuals outside the EFKA offices in Kypseli has been made public by protothema.gr.

According to information, the device consisted of a portable stove, two bottles of water containing gasoline, two large pieces of fireplace kindling, and six large fuses tied together with black tape.

The alarm at the Greek Police (ELAS) was triggered when a bag was found outside the EFKA offices in Kypseli, inside which wires and a portable stove were visible.

A team from the Bomb Disposal Unit (TEEM) rushed to the scene, and for some time, traffic on Kefallinia Street was halted from the intersection with Kypseli Street.
