A series of attacks targeting supermarkets in various areas of Attica were carried out by unknown assailants on Wednesday night into Thursday.

According to SKAI, six supermarkets in Zografou, Kypseli, Kaisariani, Glyfada, and Patissia were targeted by unknown persons.

The attacks appear to have been carried out with barrel bombs with the unidentified men causing damage to the supermarket windows.

The attacks occurred between 1 am and 1:30 am and an ATM was also targeted.

Authorities are conducting searches to locate them.
