Passenger traffic at Athens Airport during December 2024 was 2.13 million, up 14.5% compared to December 2023 levels.

In detail, both domestic and international passenger traffic exceeded last year’s respective figures by 6.2% and 18.1%.

Overall, on an annual basis, the airport’s traffic reached 31.85 million passengers, an increase of 13.1%. Passenger traffic, both domestic and international, showed an increase of 7.3% and 15.7% respectively

The number of flights at Athens International Airport for the year 2024 amounted to 268,301, an increase of 11.0% compared to the corresponding period in 2023.

Both domestic and international flights recorded an increase of 5.1% and 15.5%, respectively, compared to 2023.
