The Evangelismos Metro Station is temporarily closed due to a gathering organized by a group of anarchists.

The gathering is being held in opposition to the rally that Golden Dawn and other organizations had scheduled for tomorrow at 19:00 at the Imia Fallen Monument in Rigillis Square, which has, however, been banned by the police.

“We inform you that, by order of the Hellenic Police (ELAS), the Evangelismos Metro Station has been temporarily closed. Trains are passing through without stopping,” announced STASY (Athens Urban Rail Transport).
