Tragic news has emerged regarding the condition of little Angelos, who suffered brutal abuse at the hands of his own mother and her partner.

According to the director of PAGNI Hospital, G. Chalkiadakis, the child underwent all necessary medical tests but showed no response, leading to the confirmation that he is brain dead. Reports indicate that the family was informed yesterday of the devastating outcome.

The child was rushed to the hospital on the morning of Sunday, January 26, 2025, in a comatose state, suffering from severe traumatic brain injuries, bruises that had been inflicted even before that day, extensive wounds across his body, and burns. Medical examinations further revealed that the child had been subjected to ongoing abuse, with repeated beatings, and some of his wounds appeared to have been caused by cigarette burns.

From the moment he was admitted, doctors fought relentlessly to keep him alive, as his condition was hemodynamically unstable, and he was struggling to breathe.

He was placed in the ICU, where everyone hoped for a miracle—one that, unfortunately, never came. Despite undergoing neurological tests, he showed no signs of brain activity.
