Pulse: 13 points for ND’s lead, 20 for Mitsotakis – Gains for Velopoulos, Konstantopoulou

Two out of three believe that little or nothing has been done to investigate and hold accountable for Tempi - "Trumpism" is penetrating younger generations - Six out of ten call for more and better Europe

Newsroom February 26 08:35

Pulse found ND’s lead over PASOK ( 28.5% vs. 15.5%) at 13 points in the poll presented on Sky’s main newscast – while Kyriakos Mitsotakis leads by 30 points over Nikos Androulakis, who despite a marginal rise of one point was measured at 9% for the prime ministership, just 2 points above Kyriakos Velopoulos.

This count is the first to show a loss only for ND – which loses 1.5 points compared to January – with PASOK and SYRIZA holding steady at 13% and 7% respectively, in the vote intention. Among the winners of the moment – dominated by the mobilizations over the Tempi tragedy – the company lists Hellenic Solution, which gains half a point and is in third place with 10% in the vote estimate, but especially Zoe Konstantopoulou’s Plysi Eleftherias, which almost doubles its share in a month and “catches” SYRIZA, directly claiming fifth place in the ranking of political parties. The KKE shows a slight drop of half a point, in fourth place.

Pulse records a slight gain of half a point – which, however, marginally gives it a ticket to the Parliament – for the MP25, while the Kasselakis party loses half a point, but for the moment remains at 3.5% in the vote estimate. The “grey zone” remains at significant levels – at 15% – which is a safe indicator of the fact that there is currently no electoral psychology in the electorate.

Interest in Tempi

Interest in the Tempi tragedy was recorded at a very high level, and this survey also shows two out of three citizens feel that very little or nothing was done to investigate and hold people accountable.

Pessimism, but also … a draft for Trump

About one in two people say they are pessimistic about the future after the early signs of a Trump presidency, both on international issues and those that affect our country. However, there is also a “penetration” of the new planetary leader , especially among young people. Interestingly, two out of three say that they share the view that the best answer after the latest developments is “more and better Europe”.
