As protothema.gr reported this morning, this was preceded by phone calls from Nikos Androulakis to the president of SYRIZA, Socrates Famelos, the president of New Left, Alexis Charitsis and the president of Plefsi Eleftherias, Zoe Konstantopoulou, in order to create a text that will be co-signed by the four parties.

PASOK, making use of the open channels, contacted Koumoundourou, the other parties and independent MPs (such as Petros Pappas), informed them about the controversial points and asked them to make their own interventions where they wish.

The decisive factor in this development seems to have been the unprecedented participation of society in the rallies of February 28, pushing both Koumoundourou and the rest of the progressive forces into a state of reconciliation, in order to serve the common goal, i.e. to challenge the government.
