A car accident occurred on Vasilissis Sofias in the early hours of today, with a car crashing, for an as yet unclear reason, into the railings.
As ERT reported, the accident occurred at around 3 a.m. when a car driving in the upstream direction left the road at the height of Megaro Mousikis and crashed into the railings outside the Alexandra hospital.
Despite the seriousness of the collision, there were no reports of any injuries.
It took a Fire Department team to assist in order to get the car off the railings so that it could then be removed from the scene.
