GPO poll: ND in first place with 9.9% difference from the second party, Course of Freedom

Divided responses on whether PASOK should cooperate with the parties of the left

GPO‘s poll for ParapolitikaFM puts New Democracy in the lead, with Course of Freedom in second place and PASOK in third.

In the question “if there were parliamentary elections tomorrow, which party would you be most likely to vote for“, ND is in first place with 23.3%, followed by Course of Freedom with 13.4% and PASOK in third place with 12.8%.

Next are Hellenic Solution with 9.7%, KKE with 8.5%, SYRIZA with 5.7%, Voice of Reason with 2.9%, Niki with 2.7%, Movement for Democracy with 2%, New Left with 1.9%, and MerA25 with 1.8%.

In the same poll, the question was asked whether there should be cooperation between PASOK and the parties of the left, with 43.8% saying yes or rather yes and 47.9% saying no or rather no.

As for Alexis Tsipras, more than half (54.5%) say he should remain a simple MP, with 18.4% calling for his return as leader of SYRIZA and 14.6% in favour of founding a new party.

Finally, on the question of how to deal with the stance of Kostas Karamanlis and Antonis Samaras and whether it works to undermine Kyriakos Mitsotakis:

– 46.8% say yes or rather yes for Kostas Karamanlis and 43.1% answer no or rather no
– 67.3% say yes or rather yes for Antonis Samaras and 27.3% no or rather no.
