A wild party was held at the “Georgios Karaiskakis” stadium after the end of the match between Olympiacos and AEK for the 3rd round of the Stoiximan Super League 1 Playoffs.

The Piraeus team defeated AEK 1-0, mathematically securing the conquest of the 48th championship, in a significant year, where the red and white team is closing its 100th history.

After the referee’s final whistle and after the tensions between the players subsided, a real celebration prevailed. The Olympiacos players went to their home, the emotions were many, emotion, joy, ecstasy. The fans adored the players and sang slogans together.

For Olympiacos, this is their 48th league title and the first since the 2021–22 season, following championships won by PAOK and AEK in the meantime.

For Mendilibar, it marks his first league title, while Olympiacos now sets its sights on winning the double, with the Greek Cup final against OFI on May 17.

Mendilibar didn’t escape the traditional locker room soaking, courtesy of the players and Kovacevic.
