Key Measures Announced by Kyriakos Mitsotakis:

Public Investment Program Boost: An increase of €500 million annually to the Public Investment Program to accelerate public projects and social initiatives across the country.

Annual Rent Refund: Every year in November, the state will refund one month’s rent to tenants. Eligibility will be based on income criteria similar to those of the “My Home 2” program.

€250 Annual Support: 1.5 million low-income pensioners, uninsured elderly citizens, and persons with disabilities (PWDs) will receive an additional €250 every November.
