An activist for climate change invaded the Trump Tower in New York and was arrested after he wrote the word “USA” in green paint inside the building.

The man used the green paint to cover the plaque inside the Manhattan building before kneeling in front of it and closing his eyes.

Seconds later, citizens gathered, with some taking photos of the protester, and a security officer approached the man. He unfurled a small banner that read “Game Over” with the symbol of the activist group Extinction Rebellion.

The protester was arrested, according to the New York Post. “This is your country. This is our country. This is our planet. You cannot destroy it without a response. They are destroying the planet for profit,” the protester shouted.
