The New Democracy (ND) is ahead by a double score over second place PASOK, according to a poll conducted by Interview for Political newspaper, with Course of Freedom retreating to fourth place.
In the election result estimate, New Democracy scores 28.3% with PASOK in second place with 14.2%, followed by: Hellenic Solution with 10.5%, Course of Freedom with 9.6%, KKE with 8.3%, SYRIZA with 4.2%, Democracy Movement with 3.8%, MPA25 with 3.5%, Niki 3%, Voice of Logic 2.8% and New Left 2.2%.
Kyriakos Mitsotakis also won by a large margin in the question of which political leader you trust most for the governance of the country. The prime minister is chosen by 28% of respondents with the second place Nikos Androulakis far behind with 10.%, followed by Kyriakos Velopoulos with 9% and Zoe Konstantopoulou with 8.3%, with 4.8% Dimitris Koutsoumpas, Socrates Famello with 3.5%, Stefanos Kasselakis with 3.1%, Afroditi Latinoopoulou with 2.6%, Dimitris Natsios with 1.7% and Alexis Charitsis with 1.3%.
As the first issue they would solve if they became prime minister for a day, citizens answered the economy at 34.1%, bringing the demographic issue second at 13.3%. This is followed by the health system, corruption, transparency in public administration, the education system and the quality of education.
Finally, the Interview poll measured the acceptance or rejection of any parties by Antonis Samaras and Alexis Tsipras, with 80% saying they would not vote for either of them.
