The strong impact of GEK Terna Group on the national economy and society is confirmed for another year by the study “Socio-Economic Impact Assessment (SEIA) of the Group for the year 2024”.

The findings of the study show that the strategy of GEK TERNA Group has been designed and implemented with sustainable development, which is in line with social responsibility, environmental protection, and focuses on people and the well-being of local communities.

According to the study, the Group contributed €5.9 billion to GDP. Specifically, the Group’s total contribution to GDP for 2024 corresponds to 2.5% of the country’s total GDP. The amount of EUR 5.9 billion is, on average, about 2.3 times higher than in 2022-2023.
