Panhellenic Exams 2025: Exam scores expected to be announced today

The announcements are expected after 12:30 PM – Where candidates can check their scores – When the results for the special subjects will be announced

Newsroom June 26 08:27

Today at noon, after 12:30 PM, the exam scores of the Panhellenic Exam candidates are expected to be announced, putting an end to their anxiety.

It is noted that this year’s announcement comes two days earlier than last year (28/6).

Along with the score announcement, the Ministry of Education will also release statistical data, from which the general average scores for each academic field can be derived.

How candidates will be informed
In all General (GEL) and Vocational (EPAL) High Schools, lists will be posted containing only each candidate’s code and their scores for each subject examined.

Alternatively, candidates can access their scores by visiting https://results.it.minedu.gov.gr. They will need to enter their eight-digit candidate code and the first four capital Greek letters of their surname, first name, father’s name, and mother’s name.

Finally, provided they have submitted the relevant application, candidates will also receive their scores via SMS on their mobile phone.

The system was developed and operates by the National Infrastructures for Research and Technology (GRNET S.A.), supervised by the Ministry of Digital Governance, in collaboration with the General Directorate of Digital Systems, Infrastructure and Exams of the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports, within the framework of the Digital Transformation of Education.

Before the announcement of the scores, a check is carried out by the (Deputy) Principal of each GEL or EPAL together with a member of the teaching staff, comparing the detailed nominal lists and the score slips. In case of any discrepancy, immediate contact with the relevant grading center is required.

Afterwards, the (Deputy) Principals will post at the schools ONLY the printed lists containing ONLY THE CODES AND SCORES OF CANDIDATES.

What applies if a candidate does not have their security code
If a candidate does not have their code, the (Deputy) Principals of GEL and EPAL are instructed by the Ministry of Education to communicate the exam results to the candidate based on the detailed score lists sent to them, which include the candidates’ personal details.

When will the results for the special subjects be announced?
The scores for the special subjects will be announced during the first week of July.

When will the platform for the preference forms (M.D.) open?
The Ministry of Education has not yet announced the exact date when the platform for submitting preference forms (M.D.) will open.

The completion of the M.D. traditionally begins in the second week of July. Before this, the scores for the special subjects need to be announced, as well as the list of equivalencies between departments for those interested in applying for a transfer.

The announcement of the admission cut-off points for higher education, as well as the names of those admitted, is expected at the end of July.

How will the scores for GEL/EPAL candidates be calculated?
The Ministry of Education has developed a special application through which candidates can enter their written scores and automatically see their points for each Department/School in their field or sector.

How will the schools operate in the coming days?
To support the submission of the M.D. and/or the Parallel M.D., all GEL and EPAL – regardless of their scheduled duty days – will operate on additional days, which have not yet been determined.

On these days, the (Deputy) Principal and a teacher in charge of the M.D. electronic application will assist candidates in obtaining a password (in case of loss or omission) and will coordinate candidates to finalize their M.D. and/or P.M.D.
