The announcement was made by Minister of Digital Governance, Dimitris Papastergiou, during a press conference at the Ministry.

Designed to enhance the user experience, the Gov.gr Wallet now features a simpler, more user-friendly interface to make citizens’ daily interactions easier.

Minister Papastergiou and Deputy Minister Christos Dermentzopoulos emphasized that the application aims to simplify everyday life by reducing the need for in-person visits to public services.
