Talita von Furstenberg and Olympia de Grece: Two cousins connected by the fashion world

They skillfully blend their personal style with the modern fashion scene

Newsroom November 5 06:29

Most of us know Olympia de Grece, daughter of Pavlos de Grece and Marie Chantal, who always turns heads with her appearances and cosmopolitan lifestyle. Some may also be familiar with Talita von Furstenberg, granddaughter of the legendary designer Diane von Furstenberg, who seems to have inherited her grandmother’s fashion DNA. What many might not realize is that these two young women are first cousins—their mothers are sisters.

Both clearly share a deep passion for fashion.

Olympia de Grece: The Modern Party Girl

Olympia projects a social, outgoing persona, known as a party girl who embraces the glamorous, jet-set lifestyle. She currently collaborates with Moda Operandi, the luxury fashion retailer founded by Lauren Santo Domingo, who mentors her. In this role, Olympia curates her own selection of fashion picks, participates in editorials, and attends events alongside emerging and established designers. Her taste and eye for style are clearly appreciated in the fashion industry, and this isn’t her first collaboration with fashion brands.

Previously, she created a capsule collection of distinctive handbags for Olympia Le Tan, inspired by her favorite drinks. She also designed a line of shoes in partnership with Pretty Ballerinas.

Her style is predominantly glamorous and radiant, favoring bright colors, sparkling dresses, and formal looks. She exudes the aura of a young it-girl from New York’s glam scene—straight out of Sex & the City.

Talita von Furstenberg: Youthful Luxury with a Resort Vibe

Talita has an intimate, family-rooted connection to fashion, having grown up with her grandmother Diane von Furstenberg. She is widely regarded as the likely successor in the DVF company and has launched her own capsule collections under the label “TvF for DvF,” targeting a younger audience than the brand’s traditional clientele.

Though Talita maintains a more private profile compared to her cousin, her public appearances consistently inspire young fashion enthusiasts. Her style effortlessly blends youthful freshness with elegance and modern details. Frequent vacations to summer destinations highlight the airy, resort-inspired side of her wardrobe.
