Helena Christensen marked her birthday by sharing photos from a swim in icy waters.

The well-known model turned 57 and chose to spend Friday, December 26, the second day of Christmas, in an unconventional way by swimming in freezing conditions. In a post on her personal Instagram account, she shared images of herself wearing a one-piece swimsuit, while in other shots she is seen smiling at the camera.

In the caption accompanying her post, she wrote:
