The residence features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, with renovations preserving the original architectural elements

Newsroom February 20 09:30

The home where the legendary actress once lived is now part of Hollywood and Palm Springs architectural history. Known as the “Marilyn Monroe Doll House,” it belonged to Monroe in the early 1960s and is currently owned by Nick Adler, founder of the production and content creation company M Star Studios, according to TMZ.

David Emerson of Coldwell Banker Realty, handling the sale, emphasizes that “Marilyn Monroe remains one of the most recognizable figures worldwide, and this home connects people to her legacy in a tangible way.”

The home features high ceilings and glass walls that create bright spaces with a direct connection between indoors and outdoors. The property also includes a private pool and multiple event spaces.

Located in the historic Vista Las Palmas neighborhood, known for celebrity homes, privacy, and proximity to downtown, residents have easy access to fine dining, boutiques, galleries, and luxury amenities, all set against the backdrop of the San Jacinto Mountains. The listing describes the home as a “rare offering of architectural significance, cultural heritage, and timeless design, just minutes from downtown Palm Springs and the area’s most vibrant dining, hospitality, and lifestyle options.”
