A 22-year-old man from Pyrgos is being treated in serious condition with meningitis at Tzaneio Hospital.

According to information from ilialive.gr, the young man was admitted to the hospital in Pyrgos on Tuesday with a high fever. His health condition worsened very quickly, and doctors immediately proceeded with intubation in order to stabilize his vital functions.

Due to the severity of his condition, he was transferred to Tzaneio Hospital, where he remains hospitalized.
